(Erlangen) For the fourth time, the Bavarian State Agency for Health and Food Safety (LGL) organized its congress for food safety and animal health, this time from October 25th to 27th, 2022. After a compulsory Covid break, the event met with great interest from the specialist audience from administration as well as science and practice. As part of the congress, pureMilk analytical GmbH presented a poster that focused in particular on the new FraMiTrACR® as a new passive method for sample preparation for milk that does not require any additional extraction agents and is a cost-effective just-in-time method enabling analyses of milk raw materials for chlorate and perchlorate (C/PC). Compared to the well-known methods for sample preparation (e.g. Quechers or Quppe methods), a saving of up to 70% in working time can be achieved. You can find the poster here.
